Enrolling with Holy Family Child Care
We give parents and guardians options when paying for child care. Holy Family Child Care and Development Center provides weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options. Tuition and general fees are dependent of the child’s age or grade level. There are additional programs that also have add-on fees and tuition.
Tuition Schedule
- 6 weeks-2 yrs.: $185/week
- 2 yrs. : $175/week
- Preschool 1 – PreK: $165/week

- Registration Fee: $50 per child (non-refundable)
- Key Cards: $5 (non-refundable) for the first two cards-fees for these cards increase to $10 each thereafter.
- Sibling Discount: 10% per week on the least expensive tuition payment if there is more than one child enrolled.
Payment Choices
Parents/guardians have three choices of when to pay your tuition for your child’s care. Parents/guardians may choose to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments.
Weekly payments are due on Monday in advance of each week. Bi-weekly payments are due on Monday in advance for the following two weeks.
Monthly payments are due on the first Monday in advance for the following month. If Monday should fall on a holiday in which Holy Family is closed, the payment will be due the next day on Tuesday.

Waitlist
We love to add new children to our programs, but we also understand that individual attention is necessary for proper early childhood development. We monitor our rooms and provide adequate teacher-child coverage. Learn more about how you can add your family to our waitlist.

Holy Family Child Care Programs
Programs and Curriculum's for Development
Holy Family Child Care and Development Center provides high quality early care and education in a nurturing environment that enables each child to grow in body, mind and spirit. Our programs are catered to help development of children - from infancy to pre-kindergarten.
Infants
The infant program is for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 months. The program follows your child’s established schedule. Each baby has her/his own crib, eats in a high chair, enjoys floor time, and has outdoor time in a stroller. Stories are read and music is played for their listening enjoyment.
Wobblers & Toddlers
This program is for children 12 months to 24 months. The children have floor play, eat at the table or in low-high chairs, sit on chairs, sleep on low cots, have art experiences, hear stories, sing and dance, and enjoy outdoor playground activities.
Two-Year-Olds
This class is for children 24 to 36 months of age. Children will work on potty training (when prompted by the child and his/her parents), group listening skills, art/, large and small muscle development, verbal communication, emotional and physical growth, and outdoor playground activities.
Preschool Care
Children age three and four two years prior to entering Kindergarten are in classrooms on the second floor of the facility. Primary interest is in fostering self help skills and to support them in developing healthy, caring relationships with peers, teachers, and family. The children will be encouraged to be independent by developing good hygiene and toileting skills.
Pre-Kindergarten
This class is for children who will enter Kindergarten within one year. A variety of experiences will be offered, by a teacher who is certified by the state of West Virginia in pre-Kindergarten and Elementary Education, with the goal of supporting each child to reach the outcomes of the West Virginia Early Learning Standards. A more structured program is followed and progress reports are given daily.

In order to accommodate working parents’ schedules, wrap-around care is available for children participating in the Universal Pre-K Program. Wrap Around Care is averrable in the morning and afternoon for Holy Family children, with an additional fee. Learn more about Wrap Around Care today.
